Video Innovation began as Home Video Studio Norcross in 2011, part of a national network of home-based businesses offering full services around audio and video services. Jack Bara established the franchise in Duluth, Georgia, and soon relocated to 29 South Peachtree Street in Historic Downtown Norcross.
Upon Jack's retirement in June of 2018, Charles Franck transitioned from a 27-year career in Information Technology and assumed ownership and operations from Jack. Building on his technical expertise, Charles has applied his acquired skills from Fortune 150 companies to expand on various audio and video services for consumer and commercial clients.
